Why can't I book my colour service online?

We need to do an in-salon skin test/colour consultation before colour services so that we can assess your hair and make sure that we give you an accurate price. You can book your skin test/colour consultation through our price list page.

Why do I need a skin test before I have my hair coloured?

If you are coming to the salon for one of our colour services you will need to have a skin test 48 hours before the service is performed. This helps us determine if you have any allergies to the ingredients in our colour products. Ultimately we care about you, allergic reactions to hair colour products can be serious and result in hospitalisation.

Why do I need a skin test if I've had one before?

Allergies can develop over time, we want to make sure that we continue to keep you safe.

What do you mean by "Cruelty Free Vegan Salon"?

We love hair but we also love animals. All the products in the salon are free from animal products. From Organic Way shampoos and conditioners to Oatly milk in the drinks we offer you. You also won't find products tested on animals. We support companies that promote wonderful products created without cruelty.

How far in advance do I need to book?

The salon can get busy and we don't want to disappoint you by not having any space. We recommend you book your next appointment before you leave. If you're booking for the first time you can currently expect to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment.

What's your cancellation policy?

What happens if I'm late for my appointment?

Depending on how late you are we will endeavour to make sure you still get the service you booked. However, this may not always be possible and we may have to rearrange your appointment. This is because we don't want lateness to impact the experience of the rest of our clients that day.
